Some Activities held by BMK School

The special day utilizing to conduct some activities at school.

         Having had a ceremony a usual activity often conducted by the school members every morning, They had a crucial activities expecially for the students in the kindergarden and primary school.

         For the primary school students, at that morning i saw them riding some cars and wearing their scout uniforms. After i asked the teachers taking care of them, they were going to visit park for having some trips. In the aim of getting the students to love and maintain their surrounding or environtment well, they always conduct this activity every year. The students at that time were very excited and happy in following the activity. They started their journey approximately at 9 o’clock. Going to the park, they were also controlled by their teacher. Thus, the activity can run well.

          After arricing in the park, they were taught many things about our nature. They were taught about how to use the strings or ropes to be a useful thing. They by the gudance of the teacher learnt how to build a tent.

           And for the students of the kindergarden, they conducted an occasion at the big building for the kindergarden students’ graduation.  In fornt the buliding, they have set some snack and foods for sell.

These are the plants that can be eaten and set in front of the building used to conduct the kindergarden students’ graduation.

             And these are the foods made of the rice flour and mixed with brawn sugar inside of the food and then wrapped with banana leaves. The taste was very nice, as indonesians have this food either.

            The other one is a food made from banana fruit baked on the stove and then covered by someflavors. The also made some flawors made of Pandanus Leaves by folding them, therefore the shape could be like this:

To develope the students creativity, the teachers of kindergarden students had asked them to creat something new and interesting by applying the STEM knowledge they had. STEM in this regard is knowledges dealing with some subjects they had learnt.They had also been taught everything about our nature. They by themselves used their creativity to make these beautiful products. They could creat many unused things to be something valuable like these ones.

In that activity, they gave dance performance in front of their parents and their teacher sitting on the chairs that had been prepared formerly. The students in the kindergarden at that time were wearing unique clothes like butterfly with the stick they always held.

The occasion was then clossed at 12 o’clock. Since the occasion had been over, Mom Kun and I came back to our room to teach the students from the third garde of Junior High School or people ther commonly address it as Mathayom 3.
